Connecticut | Connecticut played well enough to beat St. John’s. Tulsa and SMU are the next unfortunate victims. | 2 |

Texas | Texas survived their first conference game, but that was against KU. WVU and Iowa State will be tougher tests. | 3 |

Notre Dame | They were not blowouts, but Notre Dame did beat FSU and Syracuse to get off to a 2-0 ACC start. | 4 |
