California | Went 4-0 at Kajikawa Classic in Tempe. Rolled over #7 Tennessee and beat a good Syracuse squad. | 6 |

Michigan | Off to a solid start. Three one run wins, #21 LSU & two over La. Tech. Run ruled Penn St. in last game of weekend. | 5 |

Alabama | Won 3 of their 4 games in Mobile by run rule. The sticks are still powerful, mashing eight home runs as a team. | 8 |

Tennessee | Lost a highly anticipated game to #6 Cal, but beat #1 Arizona St. soundly. Pitching good & the offense is potent. | 7 |
